My name is Taylor and I am a Certified Personal Trainer based in Orange County, CA. I am passionate about helping women of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and fitness goals. Fitness isn’t only physical, it also gives us mental and emotional strength. That is why I take a holistic approach that involves meaningful lifestyle changes and habit formation.

Personalized Fitness Plans

Receive a month’s worth of personalized workouts delivered directly to your phone. Every workout plan is customized to your specific goals. You will receive 20 personalized workouts per month, plus additional coaching checkins and a free intake call.

Starting at $150/month

Small Group Coaching

Small group 60 minute workout sessions available for groups of 2-4 people. Exclusive to those who are available to train in-person in the Orange County area.

Starting at $30 a person/session

Private Coaching

One-on-one 60 minute coaching session. In person is available in the Orange County area. For those not in Orange County or who prefer virtual coaching, online options are available. Coaching packages are available upon request.

Starting at $60/session

Nutrition Coaching

Receive personalized nutrition coaching and meal planning. This can be an an “add on” to your fitness plans, or you can receive nutrition coaching on it’s own.

This involves a mix of different exercise methods that are scientifically proven to drive lasting results.
